Lemon Posset Brûlée

If you want to impress your friends AND make the easiest dessert you'll ever make, this one is for you. Merrill was scrolling down the rabbit hole known as Tik Tok and found this dessert a day before the Italian Supper Club. It consists of three ingredients and that's it.



Ingredients:


- 5 lemons, halved

- 1/4 C sugar

- 16 oz heavy cream

- 2 TBSP lemon zest

- 3 TBSP lemon juice


Instructions:


- Cut the lemons in half + scoop out the inside + place in a bowl

- In a pot, heat heavy cream + sugar until dissolved

- Add lemon juice + lemon zest. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

- Pour mixture into lemon halves + place in fridge for about an hour

- When ready to serve, remove from fridge, cover top of mixture with sugar + torch to make crispy
