How does shipping work?All orders ship within 3-5 business days after the order and payment is received but slight delays may occur during high season and holidays. All orders ship out of Huntsville, AL and those in the US will arrive within 2-9 days, depending on the shipping method selected. We use USPS as our preferred shipping carrier. At the time of shipping, we will select the most cost efficient and expeditious option for your order - the less a package is in transit, the better chances of a safe arrival are. Our website is integrated with USPS and UPS which means that shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on your shipping address and size and weight of the box. That said, calculations are not always precise, particularly for multi-product orders. If final shipping costs end up being less than what you paid, we will refund you any significant difference and if it ends up being more, we will bear that cost. We do not charge any mark ups, handling fees or shipping insurance costs to our customers. Do you accept returns?At this time, we are not currently accepting returns. However, should you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order but, in no event, later than three (3) calendar days, and include in your email proof of damage (pictures of the damaged product in the original shipping packaging). Please take several photos from different angles. Once received, we will issue you a refund. Please contact us at wrightathomehsv@gmail.com if your items have been damaged upon delivery. Where do you source your products?Great question! We source all of our products from estate sales, thrift stores, and vintage/antique markets.
