Homemade bread sounds scary for most aka me. My brother-in-law helped me overcome the fear of making homemade bread with this recipe! It's no ones Grandma's (at least that we know of) recipe, but whoever she may have been, THANK YOU. This is the most simple bread recipe that I know of and it's amazing.

-Roll the dough until it's nice and soft in a ball shape

-Place loaf in any oven safe dish lined with parchment paper

-Put on lid and place in cold oven

-Turn the oven on after the bread is inside to 450

-Bake for 30 minutes

-Take off lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes

-Once done, let cool for 5-10 minutes before digging in!
