Homemade bread sounds scary for most aka me. My brother-in-law helped me overcome the fear of making homemade bread with this recipe! It's no ones Grandma's (at least that we know of) recipe, but whoever she may have been, THANK YOU. This is the most simple bread recipe that I know of and it's amazing.

Ingredients:
-3 C all purpose flour
-1 TSP salt
-1/2 TSP active drive yeast
-1 3/4 C warm water (between 100-110 degrees)
Instructions:
-Mix the dry ingredients in a big bowl
-Add the water and mix with a spatula until dough is mixed thoroughly
-Cover and let rise at room temperature (sit in microwave, cupboard, oven) for at least minimum 5 hours to overnight
-After dough has tripled in size, flour countertop and dump out dough
-Roll the dough until it's nice and soft in a ball shape
-Place loaf in any oven safe dish lined with parchment paper
-Put on lid and place in cold oven
-Turn the oven on after the bread is inside to 450
-Bake for 30 minutes
-Take off lid and bake for another 25-30 minutes
-Once done, let cool for 5-10 minutes before digging in!
