Well, this may be a first. I made this for Mother's Day and didn't even get a picture of the drinks. This is such a great and light drink, but a lot that goes into making just one drink. I highly recommend giving it a try at least once. Of course, this is a recipe from Half Baked Harvest. I know I'll be making these again for summer!

Ingredients:
-Tajin for the rim
-4-5 strawberries (sliced)
-2 OZ silver tequila
-1 OZ Aperol
-3/4 OZ Cointreau
-1 OZ lemon juice
-1/2 OZ lime juice
-1/3 C ginger beer
Instructions:
-Mix Tajin with 2 TBSP sea salt and rim glasses
-Fill glasses with ice
-In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the tequila
-Add Aperol, Cointreau, lemon juice, lime juice
-Strain into individual glasses
-Top off with ginger beer
