Cream Cheese Banana Bread

Have you ever heard of two better foods in one title? Cream Cheese Banana Bread, heaven. I made this recipe over Memorial Day weekend at the lake with family and it was a hit. I'm not a baker and my bread usually turns out more on the dry side or way undercooked and gooey. This recipe was great having the added creaminess of the cream cheese with the traditional banana bread. I'll be making this one again!

-1 TSP vanilla extract

-3 ripe bananas (mashed)

-1/4 C sour cream

-4 OZ cream cheese (softened)
